Pre-Made Orders:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

 

Pre-Order Items:

  • Please allow 15–24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes.

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country’s customs agency.
  • We will not issue refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages:

  • Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
