  • No refunds are allowed unless the following occurs:
    1. The owner ships a defective item.
    2. The owner ships the wrong size or item.

  • Any unauthorized transactions will be investigated, and we reserve the right to cancel or hold any order flagged as suspicious.


 

 

2. No Chargebacks Without Contacting Us


  • We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.
  • By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us at Richsinners01@gmail.com and giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation.
  • Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in:
    • Permanent banning from future purchases
    • Submission of full evidence (signed agreements, tracking information, emails) to your bank
    • Potential legal action in cases of fraud
